About Me

My day-to-day work is in the front-end stack. I’m comfortable with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React and other front-end and server-side JavaScript frameworks.

Until 2015 I worked at a design agency as full-stack developer, responsible for:

• designing and building full-stack websites
• making strategic business decisions
• managing a team of developers
• setting up servers and infrastructure
• liaising with clients

From 2015 until 2019 I worked as a lead front-end developer in the public sector, pushing the boundaries of what was possible for policing’s digital services.

I then moved into a role as Senior UI Developer at the UK’s leading special interest content and platform company.

I now work for the Bennett Institute for Applied Data Science.

Outside of work I play guitar in Canpano and Echo Culture.
